THE "KEVIN ROSENBERG"

Most folks have heard of and tasted the famous Iced Tea and Lemonade drink known as the “Arnold Palmer” but have you ever heard of the “Kevin Rosenberg?”  With the heat of summer approaching I think it’s time you learned about this refreshing pick-me-up.

I prefer iced coffee to hot and drink a lot of it so not wanting to consume added calories from adding cream & sugar I began to think of alternatives.  My solution may surprise you but by simply adding vanilla seltzer to iced coffee I’ve been able to enjoy my coffee and not worry about the calories. The vanilla flavor gives it a subtle sweetness while the carbonation gives it a nice kick.  Here’s how to make the “Kevin Rosenberg.”

1.     Start by brewing a pot of coffee and putting in the fridge to cool down overnight.

2.     The next morning fill a 12 oz glass about ¼ of the way with ice cubes.

3.     Pour in iced coffee until you are about one inch below the rim of the glass.

4.     Fill the rest of the glass with vanilla seltzer.

5.     Stir and enjoy!
